Customers have 5 business days to return an item from the date the item is delivered. Customer pays return shipping + insurance with USPS, plus a 20% restocking fee.
DAMAGES: In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail us back the damaged items. Also email or phone us to let us know.
